  Friends,

Help POWR PAC touch as many voters as possible. Would you be willing to deliver POWR PAC literature on your own street?

That's all...your own street. If everybody touched their own street, many on the Westside will know how to VOTE SMART!

Let me know if you can help. Email me your address and the approximate number of pieces you need, and we will deliver them to your home.

Any and all help is appreciated.

Thanks,
Pete

   Chris Bortz
I would like to thank POWR PAC for its endorsement as I seek re-election in 2007. I have enjoyed working with POWR PAC and Westside residents during my first two years on council and look forward to continuing to work with you in the future.

I am proud of several accomplishments during my first term. I initiated and also co-chair Go Cincinnati, a public-private economic development initiative to promote growth and opportunity throughout the city. Go Cincinnati is charged with devising an economic growth strategy that uses the best of existing plans and programs as well as new ideas. It will concentrate on four areas: job attraction and retention, workforce development, transportation and neighborhood development. Read More...

   Leslie Ghiz
Leslie Ghiz was elected to her first term on Cincinnati City Council on November 8, 2005 and was sworn in on December 1.

Leslie was raised in Huntington, West Virginia, directly across the Ohio River from Chesapeake, Ohio. Her love for the City of Cincinnati stems back to her childhood in West Virginia, when, as a child, Leslie's family would travel to Cincinnati for long weekends in the summer, attending Reds games and frequenting Kings Island. The excitement she felt as a child has never subsided. In a town that offered her everything from the arts to a world-class zoo, Leslie was always certain Cincinnati would become her home.
